What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Mental Health Center of North Central Alabama?
Hours:
Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Maintenance Manager as needed. (e.g. transport vehicles, assist with appliance replacements, be available for two person tasks, etc.).
- Perform routine and preventative preservation of facilities. (e.g. painting and pressure washing, floor waxing
- Ensure safe facilities. (e.g. repair or replace flooring)
- Schedule and perform all routine and minor repairs on a timely basis for all facilities. (e.g. HVAC filter replacements, internal vent cleaning, etc.)
- On-call 7 days a week for emergency purposes only.
Pay: $15.38 - $19.71 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
