Key Responsibilities
- Guest Room & Public Area Repairs: Fix leaking faucets, unclog toilets, patch drywall, paint touch-ups, replace light bulbs, and repair furniture or door locks. [1, 2, 3, 4]
- System Maintenance: Perform routine checks and upkeep on HVAC units, electrical systems, plumbing pipelines, and kitchen/laundry appliances. [1, 3, 4, 5]
- Preventative Maintenance: Conduct scheduled inspections on building equipment, life safety systems (smoke detectors, emergency lights), and pools or spas to meet brand and OSHA standards. [1, 2]

- Guest Relations: Respond promptly and courteously to urgent maintenance requests reported by guests or staff. [1]
- Typical Requirements
- Experience: Prior hands-on experience in residential, commercial, or hotel maintenance is preferred; specific trade licenses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) are a plus.
