Position: Registered Nurse Medical Group
Location: Glenbrook Hospital
Type: Full Time, 40 hours/week
Hours: Flexible from 7:00AM – 5:00PM, Monday – Friday
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care under supervision, perform phone triage, review test results, manage medication refills and prior authorizations, convey care plans, educate patients, respond to electronic messages, and chart in Epic.
Qualifications: Current IL nursing license, graduate of approved nursing school (ASN minimum, BSN preferred), BLS/CPR certification, minimum 1 year nursing experience in office or hospital setting.
Skills: Strong communication, patient care, and electronic medical record documentation skills.
