Role Overview: Provides nursing care within a medical group setting under the supervision of Practice Managers and Physicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform phone triage, communicate test results, manage medication refills, prior authorizations, and patient education
  • Respond to patient messages via NorthShore Connect
  • Chart accurately in Epic electronic medical records

Qualifications & Skills

  • Current professional Nursing Licensure in Illinois
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN minimum, BSN preferred)
  • BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association
  • At least 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical or hospital setting
