As a vital part of our healthcare team, you will
- provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care
- assess psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and diversity needs of patients and families
- develop and implement individualized care plans, including diagnosis, co-morbidities, goals, and discharge planning
- coordinate interdisciplinary care to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- graduation from an accredited RN program
- current Nevada nursing license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time acute care experience
