Collaborates with departments for admissions, transfers, and discharge communication.
Interacts with patients, families, and healthcare providers to gather data and participate in interdisciplinary planning.
Supports department goals, participates in professional development, and supervises direct patient care as needed.
Contributes to program evaluation and maintains confidentiality.
Qualifications: Nursing degree, current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and CPI certification within 90 days.
Preferred: psychiatric experience, knowledge of abnormal psychology, and understanding of therapeutic systems.
Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, clinical assessment, and supervision abilities.
