- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with standards to ensure quality treatment.
- Provide age-appropriate care by demonstrating knowledge of growth and development principles.
- Develop and modify care plans to meet patient needs, adhering to policies and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Completion of a state-approved RN program.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer, prior to direct patient care.
- Ability to deliver efficient, effective care with a focus on patient well-being.
