- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care in accordance with standards to ensure quality outcomes.
- Provide age-appropriate care by applying knowledge of growth and development.
- Develop and modify care plans tailored to patient needs, adhering to policies and regulations.
- Maintain compliance with the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.
- Completion of a state-approved RN program.
- Valid Oklahoma RN license.
- BLS certification within 14 days of hire or transfer.
