We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for delivering patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
Key responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; performing focused interviews to identify patient needs; assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes; collecting, analyzing, and documenting data and nursing diagnoses; and performing additional assigned duties.
Qualifications: current LPN license in the practice state, valid health certificate, PPD or chest X-ray, BLS certification, and preferred one year of LPN experience.
