- Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and services.
- Initiate and adjust the plan of care based on patient needs and physician input.
- Administer medications and treatments, monitor their effectiveness, and document outcomes.
- Respond to changes in patient condition, report to physicians or supervisors, and provide healthcare education and discharge planning.
- Current LPN license in the practicing state.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
