- Communicates with healthcare team regarding client needs and updates medical records.

- Supports trauma-informed, client-centered interventions and behavioral management.
- Assists with client supervision, safety monitoring, and crisis intervention.
- Maintains medication security and performs related administrative tasks.
- Completion of a practical nursing program and current licensure.
- Knowledge of psychiatric medications, nursing practices, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to assess situations quickly, handle challenging behaviors, and communicate effectively.
- Experience in psychiatric or chemically dependent settings preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, BLS/CPR certification, and ability to work extended shifts.
