Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) responsible for providing 1:1 skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Utilize the nursing process to monitor and document patient conditions, identify changes, and deliver prescribed services.
- Assess physiologic and psychosocial signs, analyze data, and communicate findings with healthcare team.
- Provide care in accordance with prescribed orders, with ventilator experience preferred but not required (training provided).
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Previous professional nursing experience preferred.
- Variety of shifts, including nights and weekends, with some shifts offering increased pay.
