Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Role: Therapist in Training within the Family Preservation Program, serving children, youth, and adults in community-based settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community therapy tailored to individual and family needs
• Develop and implement goal-oriented, individualized service plans in collaboration with clients
• Deliver services across various settings, including offices, homes, and community locations
• Maintain accurate documentation adhering to agency and funding standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members and community partners
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field
• Relevant practicum experience
• Eligibility for a WI “in training” license (APSW, MFT, or LPC)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
