- Providing support to project teams, documenting work, and preparing reports.
- Participating in end-user training, developing training tools, system documentation, and communication on policies.
- Staying current with regulations and technological advancements in clinical imaging.
- Recommending improvements for image storage and management tools to optimize clinical workflows.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 2 years of radiology digital/library experience in a hospital setting (3 preferred).
- Knowledge of clinical image operations, systems, and processes for managing medical images.
- Proficiency with hardware, software, database administration, testing, and evaluation.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills for user training and support.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Knowledge of documentation protocols and system performance evaluation.
- Ability to work various hours and locations based on business needs.
