We are seeking an experienced Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead nursing operations during a shift, ensuring exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and team supervision.

- Leading and coordinating nursing activities and providing direct resident care based on care plans and physician orders
- Monitoring resident health, assessing changes, and implementing clinical interventions
- Administering medications and treatments within scope of practice
- Supervising and supporting nursing staff and CNAs, fostering teamwork and accountability
- Ensuring accurate documentation in electronic medical records
- Communicating resident status to physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and transfers
- Promoting compliance with CMS, state regulations, and infection control standards
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and responding to emergencies
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing in Wyoming
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of regulations, documentation, and clinical standards
