About Us:
Menehune Water Company has proudly served Hawaii since 1985, providing high-quality water and dependable service to homes and businesses statewide. We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Machine Operator to join our production team.
Position Summary:
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and safe bottling processes. This role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly and meeting daily output goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate bottling and production machinery according to company standards
- Monitor equipment performance and ensure proper operation throughout shifts
- Load and unload materials and products as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications:
- Previous machine operator or warehouse experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction
Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday – Friday (overtime and weekends as needed)
