About Us:
Menehune Water Company has proudly served Hawaii since 1985, delivering high-quality water and exceptional service to homes and businesses across the islands. We are looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our Cooler Department team.
Position Summary:
The Cooler Department Associate is responsible for receiving, cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining water dispensers (coolers). This role ensures all equipment is in proper working condition and ready for delivery to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and unload incoming water coolers and equipment
- Clean and sanitize coolers thoroughly according to company standards
- Inspect units to ensure proper functionality and identify any issues
- Perform basic troubleshooting and report repair needs
- Prepare coolers for delivery and customer use
- Maintain accurate inventory of coolers and parts
- Organize and keep the work area clean and safe
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or maintenance experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic mechanical skills are a plus
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Work Schedule:
- Full-time position
- Monday – Friday (with possible overtime and occasional weekends)
