Job Summary: A proactive and organized healthcare Recruiter responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for Certified Nursing Assistants. Key duties include conducting outreach calls, screening candidates for qualifications and fit, coordinating and scheduling interviews, and verifying professional references.
Essential Functions of the Job:
• Conduct high-volume outreach calls to prospective CNA candidates to generate interest and maintain an active talent pipeline.
• Perform initial phone screenings to evaluate experience, credentials, communication skills, and overall job fit
• Track candidates in recruiting software (Paycom) & maintain recruiting status reports.
• Build a strong employer brand for Menders by Lenbrook to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified associates.
• Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
• Advertise job openings on company’s careers page and job boards
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire.
Skills and Aptitude Required:
• Outgoing personality; able to build trusted, successful relationships with staff at all levels.
• Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information.

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases.
• Understanding of referral programs, Sound judgement.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized with a strong attention to detail
Education and Experience Required:
• 3 years of recruiting experience preferred.
• 2 years of experience recruiting in health care field.
• BS/BA in Human Resources preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.
