Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - St George BLVD is a smiley business in Saint George, UT. Our goal is to always make our guests smile with the best frozen yogurt, team members, and a fun environment. In addition to the hourly wage, team members at our store have made $2.00 - $3.00 extra per hour in tips.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately using the cash register and POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
• Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
• Upsell menu items to increase sales revenue
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or food service environment
• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in retail math for cash handling and calculating transactions
• Familiarity with operating a cash register and POS system
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
