Pay: $20,000/year salary extra pay for covered shifts

Hours: :30 hours/week

Schedule: Most shifts between 9am–4pm

Locations: Dino Crossing St. George BLVD

About The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, positive person to help open and support our two Menchie’s locations during the day. You’ll work with our General Manager and PM Store Leader to keep things running smoothly, support the team, and make sure guests have a great experience. No management experience required — we’ll train you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead daytime shifts at both locations
• Support and train team members
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and guest-ready
• Help with inventory, deliveries, and simple admin tasks
• Step in to cover shifts when needed ( $5/hr tips when you do)
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Available between 10am–5pm, including some weekends
• 18 and able to work at both locations
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable leading by example
• Able to lift 25–35 lbs and follow food-safety standards
• Retail/food service experience is a plus, but not required
