What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiter Coordinator position at Memco?
The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the recruiting team. The Recruiter Coordinator will help to ensure that the recruiting process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role will involve a high degree of interaction with internal and external customers, including hiring managers, and candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the recruiter to maintain the applicant pool by using several recruiting resources. (Advertising, Networking, social media, Job Fairs, Job Postings, etc...)
- Source and screen resume conduct phone interviews, and coordinate on-site interviews.
- Schedule interviews for candidates with Recruiter.
- Maintain an accurate and up-top date database of candidates.
- Track recruiting activities and maintain recruiting metrics.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
- Respond to inquiries from candidates, hiring managers, and customers.
- Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as needed.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
- Must be able to communicate respectfully with people of all levels of understanding
- Must be bilingual (Fluent in English & Spanish)
- Must be computer literate with an ability to adapt to change and learn new computer systems.
- Pass Pre-Employment Drug Screen and Background Check Requirements
Payroll and Recruiting experience a plus
