Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable Concrete & Masonry Laborers to support field crews on active jobsites. This role assists with a variety of concrete and masonry tasks while contributing to safe operations, productivity, and quality workmanship. Ideal candidates are motivated, reliable,
Responsibilities:
- Assist crews with daily construction tasks as assigned
- Support installation activities by preparing materials, tools, and work areas
- Follow all safety procedures, attend daily safety meetings, and use required PPE
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Qualifications:
- Previous construction experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors
- Strong work ethic with dependable attendance
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors
- Comfortable working in varying weather conditions
*All positions must have valid ID and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
*Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times, including steel-toe boots, hard hat, safety vest, gloves, and eye protection as required by the job site.
