- Hilton Select-Service GM Experience: Proven success managing Hilton select-service brands (e.g., Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, Tru, Home2 Suites).
- Guest Service Excellence: Strong background in creating memorable guest experiences and building a service-driven culture.
- Turnaround Expertise: Demonstrated ability to assess operations, implement change, and improve financial and service performance.
- Leadership Style: Charismatic, approachable, and hands-on. You lead by example and know how to energize a team.
