What You’ll Do?
- Lead the Shop Daily: Oversee operations, workflow, technician productivity, scheduling, and shop standards.
- Drive Sales & Profitability: Use polished sales and communication skills to close jobs, maximize revenue, and deliver consistent results.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Ensure every customer understands their vehicle needs, options, and receives a first-class experience.
- Master Phone Skills: Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally to secure appointments and turn inquiries into on-site visits.
- Build & Present Estimates: Create accurate estimates, review recommended services, and maintain full transparency with customers.
- Operate Like an Owner:
- Manage costs and margins
- Oversee payroll and staffing
- Coordinate with parts vendors
- Maintain tools, equipment, and shop readiness
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Coach and develop technicians and service advisors while fostering a strong, supportive culture.
- Run a Busy, Established Shop: Manage a fully functioning facility with walk-ins, repeat customers, fleet accounts, and steady car count.
What You Bring?
- Proven experience in automotive service management, service advising, or high-level sales leadership.
- Strong mechanical understanding (you don’t need to wrench, but you must know the work).
- High capability in sales, communication, estimating, and customer engagement.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership instincts—able to motivate, coach, and hold your team accountable.
- Valid driver’s license.
- A career-oriented mindset with desire to grow into higher leadership roles.
