Up to $140,000 per year Signing Bonus up to $2,000
Signing Bonus Available
Up to $2,000 based on experience and skill level
- Up to $1,000 paid after 30 days
- Remaining bonus paid over your first year:
- Up to $250 at 90 days
- Up to $250 at 180 days
- Up to $250 at 270 days
- Up to $250 at 365 days

What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs across a wide range of vehicles
- Handle electrical, drivability, and complex issues
- Complete repairs correctly the first time
- Communicate clearly with service advisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
✔ 5 years of professional experience (8 years for top-level candidates)
✔ Strong diagnostic ability (electrical and drivability)
✔ Able to repair without trial-and-error parts replacement
✔ Own standard hand tools (shop provides specialty and diagnostic equipment)
✔ ASE Certification (or equivalent) preferred
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
✔ Reliable, professional, team-oriented
✔ Valid driver’s license & ability to lift 45 lbs
