You will build partnerships with apartment communities, property managers, and commercial properties across the DFW area by promoting our private property towing services.

Job Description

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Prospect and secure new private property towing accounts

• Build relationships with apartment managers, leasing teams, and property owners

• Promote company services through on-site visits, calls, email, and networking

• Achieving sales goals and contributing to growth in the DFW market

• Maintain strong, positive client relationships

• Serve as a knowledgeable liaison between the company and property staff

Qualification Requirements:

• Apartment management, assistant manager, or leasing experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

• Goal-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

• Basic computer and mapping/navigation ability

• ALN knowledge a plus

• Bilingual a plus

• Valid Texas driver’s license & clean driving record required

Qualifications

Salary : $18 - $20
