Minimum Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients, verifying and updating their personal and insurance information accurately.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in both English and the second language fluently.
- Assist healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and documenting medical histories.
- Manage front desk operations including filing, faxing, and maintaining patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Coordinate patient flow to minimize wait times and ensure efficient use of provider time.
- Collect co-pays and process payments, providing receipts and managing billing inquiries.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff to facilitate clear understanding of medical instructions and office policies.
