ive:
The Project Manager is responsible for assisting the Senior Project Manager with administrative duties associated with projects, materials releases, vendor follow-up, coding invoices for A/P, routing correspondence, field dimensions, change orders, submittals and labor and delivery schedules. Projects can range from several small to medium projects or one large project. The position proactively develops new business opportunities and relationships with current and potential custo
mers.
ESSENTIAL FUNC
- TIONS:Assist in the development, preparation, and finalization of the project sch
- edule.Assists in the development of policies, guidelines, and standards, and acts as a department representative on committees and professional organiza
- tions.Establish budgets, progress billing, change order management, and progress billing with vendors and clients and prepare cost repo
- rting.Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a timely m
- anner.Publish detailed meeting minutes to the entire
- team.Maintain a current log and repository for construction documentation such as: drawings, submittals, customer standards documentation, and engineering specifica
- tions.Other duties and projects as assigned and n
eeded.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EX
- PERIENCE:
Minimum 4-6 years’ experience in project management, preferably with an emphasis on MEP construction. or a bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical or Electrcial En - gineering.Data Center Construction is a

Proven experience mentoring and man - aging others.Business development/heavy client intera
- ction a plus.Extensive knowledge of safety protocols an
- d procedures.Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.); Procore and Blue-be

Salary : $130,000 - $185,000
