Megatel Homes, one of the nation’s premier homebuilders, is launching a new customer support team dedicated to an innovative home loan savings initiative. We are seeking two Customer Support Specialists who enjoy helping customers navigate modern digital tools while delivering exceptional service.
This role is ideal for individuals who are tech‑savvy, customer‑focused, and excited to support a first‑of‑its‑kind program within the homebuilding industry. You will serve as the first point of contact for homebuyers with questions about their savings program, account features, and general platform functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer calls, emails, and chats related to the home loan savings program.
- Explain digital platform features in a clear, friendly, and accessible way.
- Assist customers with account setup, navigation, and troubleshooting.
- Follow established procedures to verify customer identity and maintain account security.
- Accurately document all customer interactions in company systems.
- Escalate technical or compliance‑related issues to senior support personnel when appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, IT, lending) to stay informed on updates and provide accurate information.
- Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and strong problem‑solving skills in every interaction.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and efficient call center environment.
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two (2) years of customer service, call center, or technical support experience.
- Ability to translate complex or technical information into simple, customer‑friendly language.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM or call center software.
Preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Experience in banking, mortgage, loan servicing, fintech, or digital financial products.
- Comfort working with modern digital platforms or financial technology tools.
Training
- Structured in‑office training program; full attendance required as a condition of employment.
- Direct coaching and support provided to build confidence and independence.
- Training conducted Monday–Friday.
- Weekday schedules may be adjusted based on business needs.
