Loan Officer

About the Role

At MCI Mortgage, you step into an environment engineered for execution and scale. You are supported by purpose-built systems, Loan Officer Assistants, and a dedicated operations team singularly focused on getting loans cleared and closed - on time.
You will have immediate access to:
- Over 345 builder spec homes ready to finance
- Direct Megatel buyer flow
- Live-transfer and program-generated leads
- Referrals from the newly launched Meg Prime credit card
- A broad product suite to solve complex borrower scenarios

Key Responsibilities
- Originate and close a high volume of purchase and refinance loans
- Work directly with Megatel Homes buyers and strategic referral partners
- Convert live-transfer and program-generated leads into funded loans
- Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from application through submission
- Structure loans using MCI’s comprehensive Conforming, Government, and Non-QM products
- Be available for occasional evening calls to maximize conversion
Qualifications
- Proven history as a top-producing Loan Officer
- Strong purchase-loan experience preferred
- Active NMLS license
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and relationship management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, call-driven environment
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and income-focused
Preferred Experience
- Deep knowledge of Conforming, Government, and Non-QM products, including Bank Statement, DSCR, Asset Depletion, and Foreign National loans
