Contracts Coordinator
Location: On-Site (Uptown, Dallas)
Employment Type: Full Time
Compensation: $25–$27 per hour

As a Contracts Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our homebuyer documentation is accurate, complete, and processed efficiently. You’ll work closely with sales consultants, construction teams, accounting, and our mortgage partners to keep contracts moving from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinating incoming sales contracts and ensuring smooth communication between sales, accounting, purchasing, and construction teams
- Maintaining accurate, timely homebuyer documentation—including contracts, change orders, amendments, terminations, and payment records
- Following up with internal and external partners to gather missing documents and ensure compliance
- Reviewing and preparing final sales contracts for execution
- Guiding Sales Consultants on contract corrections, required verbiage, and documentation standards
- Collaborating with construction and sales teams to ensure all required paperwork is complete and consistent
- Creating and distributing reports on contract timelines and change order status
- Supporting the department with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of administrative, contract, or documentation experience (homebuilding experience is a plus)
- Strong proficiency with DocuSign/PandaDoc, Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook, and other common software tools
- Experience with Salesforce is helpful but not required
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with numbers and financial data
- Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay self‑directed in a fast‑moving environment
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to partner with multiple departments
