Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plumbing and Electrical Contractor to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform electrical wiring, circuit installation, troubleshooting, and system upgrades in accordance with electrical codes and safety standards.
- Conduct plumbing inspections using specialized cameras to diagnose issues within piping systems; interpret technical drawings and blueprints to guide installations and repairs.
- Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to job sites.
- Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques to complete construction tasks efficiently.
- Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment; troubleshoot water system issues; conduct routine system maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications while maintaining excellent customer service throughout interactions with clients.
- Assist in remodeling projects by assembling fixtures or components and providing handyman services as needed on-site.
Experience
- Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing or electrical work in residential or commercial settings.
- Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, blueprint reading, interpreting technical drawings, and using plumbing inspection cameras.
- Familiarity with construction site procedures including heavy lifting, assembly work, remodeling tasks, and the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of local building codes related to plumbing and electrical systems is essential.
- Experience operating company vehicles safely; ability to perform basic math calculations for measurements and material estimations.
- Strong background in construction plumbing systems—both residential and commercial—and water system troubleshooting.
- Prior handyman experience or involvement in remodeling projects is a plus.
