Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures in residential and commercial settings.
• Conduct plumbing inspections using cameras and schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and plumbing system maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to ensure precise installation and repairs.
• Perform electrical wiring tasks related to plumbing systems or other construction needs while adhering to local building codes.
• Utilize welding skills for pipe fitting or structural components when necessary; perform drain cleaning using specialized tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites by following safety protocols related to heavy lifting, carpentry, HVAC systems, and remodeling projects.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for site visits, ensuring compliance with commercial driving regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to interpret technical schematics and execute complex assembly or remodeling tasks efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about project progress and system maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing and electrical systems in residential or commercial environments.
• Skilled in welding, drain cleaning, pipe threading, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and mechanical knowledge.
• Familiarity with construction site experience including heavy lifting, use of hand tools, power tools, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to operate plumbing inspection cameras and understand local building codes for compliance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; clean driving record preferred.
• Strong basic math skills for measurements and calculations; carpentry or handyman experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of water systems, plumbing system maintenance & repair techniques; experience with remodeling projects is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings accurately while following safety protocols at all times.
• Excellent problem-solving skills combined with effective communication to deliver top-tier customer service.

Pay: From $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 50.0 per week
