Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Plumbing and Electrical Contractor to join our team, bringing expertise in both plumbing and electrical systems across residential and commercial construction projects. Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, sewer connections, and fixtures using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment.
• Conduct plumbing inspections utilizing cameras and other diagnostic tools to identify issues within complex piping systems.
• Perform electrical wiring tasks related to plumbing fixtures, appliances, and system controls in accordance with local building codes.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute installation and repair procedures.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel between job sites while adhering to commercial driving regulations.
• Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment such as augers or hydro-jetters to clear blockages efficiently.
• Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing new water systems, or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and local regulations; perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing systems.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, clients, and team members to deliver exceptional customer service while providing expert advice on system maintenance or upgrades.
• Use hand tools such as wrenches, pipe cutters, soldering equipment, and other construction tools effectively for various tasks.

Experience

• Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing and electrical systems in residential or commercial settings.
• Skilled in welding techniques relevant to pipe fabrication and repairs.
• Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment and plumbing inspection cameras.
• Knowledge of construction site safety protocols and local building codes governing plumbing and electrical installations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately.
• Familiarity with pipe threading machinery, assembly processes, remodeling projects, and handyman tasks.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as power tools safely; comfortable lifting heavy materials as needed.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating a company vehicle; clean driving record preferred.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to system installation or repairs.

Pay: $34.40 - $80.42 per hour
