Lab Assistant (Entry Level)

Mega Aid Pharmacy is seeking a motivated Laboratory Assistant to join our growing Compounding Pharmacy Production Team. This entry-level position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build a long-term career in pharmaceutical production. What You'll Do

• Operate laboratory equipment and handle materials efficiently and safely.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), quality standards, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Learn and apply new processes and procedures quickly.
• Perform assigned tasks under the guidance of a supervisor or team lead.
• Escalate complex issues to management as needed.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts when required.
• Handle hazardous materials in accordance with established safety protocols.
• Update basic Excel spreadsheets as needed.
• Perform Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions related to warehouse activities.
• Complete other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Previous laboratory experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively within established procedures and guidelines.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for the duration of the work shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks and work in a production environment.
