In this role, you'll:
• Take ownership of new product development projects from initiation through completion
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Manage project financials, timelines, and overall performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders
• Evaluate new business opportunities and perform project cost analyses
• Drive collaboration across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales
• Ensure projects meet customer expectations while maintaining compliance with FDA, DEA, EPA, and cGMP regulations
We're looking for someone with:
✔ Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering (advanced degree preferred)
✔ 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
✔ Experience leading new product development projects
✔ Strong project management skills with budget and P&L responsibility
✔ Customer-facing experience and the ability to build lasting relationships
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
