🏗️ Facility Project Manager | New Jersey | Contract
I'm currently supporting an exciting biotech organisation that is looking to engage an experienced Facility Project Manager to support engineering and capital projects across its New Jersey manufacturing site.
This is an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension or permanent conversion, and the team are looking for someone to start ASAP.
📍 Location: Pennington / Princeton (Hopewell), NJ
🏢 Onsite: 5 days per week
⏰ Hours: 40 hours per week
The Role
You'll be responsible for managing multiple facility engineering and construction projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, working closely with engineering firms, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
They're looking for someone with:
✔ Pharmaceutical or biotechnology facility/project management experience
✔ Experience managing engineering or construction capital projects within GMP/GxP environments
✔ Strong stakeholder management experience with engineering firms, contractors and vendors
✔ Experience managing project budgets, timelines and multiple concurrent projects
✔ Engineering or Construction Management background (PMP preferred)
