I'm currently supporting an exciting biotech organisation that is looking to hire an experienced Procurement Specialist to join their growing operations team in Pennington, New Jersey.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced GMP-regulated environment, supporting procurement activities across manufacturing, engineering, facilities and site operations.
📍 Location: Pennington, NJ
🏢 Onsite: 5 days per week
⏰ Position: Full-Time
The Role
You'll be responsible for leading sourcing activities, supplier management, contract administration and procure-to-pay activities while partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Finance teams.
They're looking for someone with:
✔ 3–5 years' procurement, sourcing or supply chain experience
✔ Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences or another regulated industry
✔ Experience managing RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier negotiations and contract administration
✔ ERP/SAP and procure-to-pay experience
✔ Strong stakeholder management and supplier relationship skills
