We're hiring for a Vice President of Delivery to lead recruiting operations, drive profitability, and scale delivery teams across technology staffing and executive search.
What You Will Do
- Lead and scale recruiting delivery teams across technology staffing and eventually executive search.
- Coach and develop recruiters and managers to improve productivity and placements.
- Partner with sales leadership to prioritize client needs and maximize fulfillment.
- Improve recruiting processes, candidate quality, and delivery performance.
- Own delivery P&L, gross profit, margins, and recruiting performance metrics.
- Build recruiting capacity and leverage technology and AI to drive efficiency.
- Proven leadership experience in technology staffing, ideally contract or on-demand staffing.
- Track record of building, managing, and developing successful recruiting teams.
- Strong understanding of recruiting operations, delivery metrics, and profitability.
- Hands-on, entrepreneurial leadership style with strong commercial judgment.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in Data, AI, Engineering, or executive search is a plus.
- Base salary: $150,000–$200,000 , depending on experience.
- Significant performance-based bonus potential.
