What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth across target industries and accounts.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new client relationships at the executive and decision-maker level.
- Leverage the firm’s strong reputation and leadership team to win competitive opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and consultative selling.
- Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company profitability goals.
- Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recommendations to leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
- 7 years of progressive sales/business development experience in staffing or workforce solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term client partnerships.
- Strong network of client relationships in Chicago and/or surrounding markets.
- Consultative sales approach with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an established infrastructure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
