We’re hiring for a Program Ambassador – Workforce Strategy to serve as the strategic relationship and fulfillment lead for a major enterprise account in the technology or healthcare space.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the strategic relationship owner for a large enterprise program.
- Partner with MSP stakeholders to optimize Direct Sourcing and reduce contingent labor costs.
- Lead requisition intake sessions to assess fillability, clarify requirements, and strengthen hiring partnerships.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to present 3–5 qualified candidates within a 72-hour exclusivity window.
- Track and improve fulfillment KPIs (target 45–60% ).
- Build and maintain talent communities that drive consistent hiring results.
- Conduct meaningful weekly meetings with hiring leaders to forecast and align future workforce needs.
- Report on program health, outcomes, and insights to internal leadership and client executives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of recruiting or staffing sales experience (agency background preferred).
- Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Understanding of technical recruiting or professional services environments.
- Experience working with MSPs, VMS tools, and client-embedded models.
- Ability to conduct effective intake meetings and translate business needs into actionable job requirements.
- Organized, self-managing, and comfortable working autonomously within client environments.
- Data-driven communicator — can articulate results, metrics, and program success stories.
Required Skills
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of contingent labor programs, direct sourcing, and fulfillment best practices.
- Familiarity with workforce management systems and program analytics.
- Comfort working with senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with ATS, CRM, and reporting tools.

- Base Salary: $65K–$77K depending on market and experience.
- Uncapped Commission: 6% of GP (Year 1 OTE $105K–$115K; Year 2 $130K–$150K ).
