Base: $80K–$100K Uncapped Commission
Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite if near office)

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business across pharma, biotech & med-device clients.
- Sell contract, direct hire, and SOW staffing solutions nationwide.
- Partner with experienced recruiters to deliver top scientific talent.
- Represent the company at targeted networking events.
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 yrs proven success in Life Sciences or Scientific staffing Sales.
- True hunter who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Confident communicator with scientific & technical stakeholders.
- Eastern Time Zone required; Philadelphia area preferred.
