What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new client accounts, service lines, and operational initiatives.
- Develop standardized frameworks, timelines, and deliverables for onboarding and implementation.
- Ensure seamless transitions from sales to operations with clear accountability.
- Design, document, and refine scalable workflows for onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, and deployment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time-to-launch and improve service delivery.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing implementation team.
- Oversee implementation and optimization of payroll and workforce management systems.
- Act as the central point of coordination between sales, operations, finance, and leadership.
- 7 years of experience in staffing or related industry.
- Proven experience leading implementations, onboarding, or operational rollouts.
