What You Will Do
- Drive new business and build a strong pipeline within Light Industrial staffing.
- Close over $2M in new business and secure new partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle while collaborating with internal teams.
- Proven BDM experience in staffing (Light Industrial preferred).
- Strong hunter mentality with a track record of building a book of business.
- Ability to manage large territories and exceed revenue targets ($2M ).
- $70K–$90K base uncapped commission (paid on dollar 1).
- Auto allowance, full benefits, and PTO.
