- Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue, expand market share, and increase client penetration throughout the Jacksonville market.
- Lead from the front in business development, helping the team identify, pursue, and close new opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and business leaders throughout the market.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships across the company's solutions and areas of expertise.
- Establish clear sales expectations and create a disciplined, accountable business development culture.
- Analyze market conditions, business trends, competitive activity, and team performance to identify opportunities for growth.
- Lead, coach, motivate, and develop sales and recruiting professionals across assigned practice areas.

- Recruit and retain high-performing talent while identifying and developing future leaders.
- Create an energetic, collaborative, and results-oriented branch culture.
- Lead by example through active participation in client development, relationship building, and market-facing activities.
- Partner with district and regional leadership to translate broader organizational priorities into actionable strategies for the Jacksonville market.
