The Advisor Consulting Coordinator supports the Senior Vice President (SVP) and the Advisor Consulting team in driving assets under management (AUM) by providing high-quality sales and operational support that contributes to a data-driven organization. In addition to supporting Advisor Consulting, this position also collaborates with other internal departments and will be an opportunity for broad exposure and growth.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide organizational and administrative support for business initiatives, including meeting coordination, prioritizing urgent communications, data organization, client visit logistics, and preparation of materials.
- Support Events team for larger internal and external meetings, events, and programs—managing invitations, agendas, attendee coordination, and related budgets.
- Serve as a liaison and support resource for internal partners, including National Accounts, Private Wealth Management, Meeder Edge, Operations, Human Resources, Marketing, and Fulfillment.
- Manage and track internal projects and initiatives as assigned, including data management and support.
- Access systems and data, creating reports that support key business initiatives.
- Provide client, team and candidate support for meetings, events, training and onboarding.
- Demonstrate professionalism and accountability in all interactions.
- Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Communicate clearly and proactively, both verbally and in writing.
- Adapt to changing priorities and take initiative with minimal supervision.
- Display exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to meet deadlines.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required.
- 1–3 years of experience supporting sales and operations teams in an administrative or coordination role.
- Demonstrated project coordination or project management experience, including management of timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Co Pilot, OneDrive, One Note, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Zoom, CRM systems, and Microsoft Azure.
