Position Summary
We are seeking a Lead Data Entry Technician who is experienced, reliable, and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. This individual will oversee data entry operations, ensure timely and correct prescription processing, and support a dedicated team of technicians.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily prescription data entry workflow to ensure accuracy and timely completion.
- Enter and verify prescription, patient, and insurance information in PioneerRx or equivalent pharmacy software.
- Review incoming orders for completeness, legibility, and compliance.
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving data entry issues.
- Train, mentor, and guide new data entry technicians.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, operations, and billing teams to maintain seamless workflow.
- Monitor productivity and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA, URAC, ACHC, and all state and federal pharmacy regulations.
- Support internal audits, special projects, and process optimization initiatives.

Requirements:Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of pharmacy data entry experience (LTC or specialty pharmacy preferred).
- Experience with PioneerRx is highly preferred.
- Active Pharmacy Technician license/certification (state-specific).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Dependable, professional, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
