What you'll do
You'll work across three areas:
Equity mining: Calling past customers to show them why upgrading their current vehicle makes sense. You're not dialing randomly—you're building real deals.
Sales BDC: Handling inbound calls and internet leads from people asking about vehicles. Your job is to set confirmed appointments that show up and buy.
Service BDC: Managing inbound service calls and making outbound reminders to keep the service bays full.

Inside Sales Representative Schedule
Two shifts available:
Morning: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Afternoon: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM
You'll need to work two afternoon shifts per week and every other weekend.

Inside Sales Representative Qualifications
- Coachable - willing to learn and follow a proven process
- Resilient - high energy, comfortable making a lot of outbound calls
- Local - can commute to Des Plaines daily
- High school diploma or GED
