A well-established, community-focused critical access hospital in West Central Minnesota is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for a unique, high-variety hospital role. This position offers a blend of obstetrics, medical-surgical, and emergency department responsibilities. You’ll assist with approximately five births per month while supporting med-surg and ER patients during non-OB time, making this an ideal role for nurses who value variety and hands-on experience across settings.
The schedule includes five 12-hour shifts per pay period (approximately 60 hours) plus one on-call shift. Shifts rotate across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. All work is performed within the hospital setting.
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- OB / labor & delivery experience required
- ER experience preferred
- Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

Compensation & Benefits:

- $5,000 sign-on bonus (full-time with OB experience)
