Position Overview
The Mental Health Professional will provide outpatient behavioral health services within an integrated care model. The role includes diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy for a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Compensation & Benefits
- Licensed Mental Health Professional: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Unlicensed Mental Health Professional: $25.50 – $28.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Sign-On Bonus:
- $3,000 for licensed providers
- $2,000 for unlicensed providers
